4Marta at Magnolia Park

Chris Donnelly was the designer for the Marta at Magnolia Park, an infill apartment complex with community amenities, in the desirable Northwest neighborhood of Gainesville.  Chris designed and supervised the construction of the project while employed at Ponikvar and Associates in Gainesville, Florida.  The project included the design of luxury apartment units, the clubhouse and fitness center, pool deck and amenities, as well as site design and connection to the neighboring village center-style shopping area, mail center, storage building and trash collection.  The design of the project represents a contemporary interpretation of traditional southern architecture.
