Donnelly Architecture, Incorporated was selected to design the office expansion for the Campus View Apartments in the heart of College Station, Texas near Texas A&M University. The design provides an updated look inside and out, and creates additional space as a small lounge for residents and prospective residents alike. The style is contextual and features stone veneer and stucco with a metal roof, large awnings at openings to provide shade, and large windows and doors to create a light and open interior. The interior finishes are contemporary and fun, ideal for the student population of the complex.
