Clubhouse Interior Design

Chris Donnelly worked with Robyn Denny MacKay Interiors to design and detail the interior of the clubhouse at Stratford Mill while employed at Ponikvar and Associates in Gainesville, Florida.  The interior of the clubhouse blends new and old and maintains a light and airy feel while using some heavy design elements common in St. Augustine architecture.  Chris designed the floor finishes, detailed the transitions between wood and tile floors and detailed the tile medallion.  Overhead, Chris detailed the tongue and groove wood ceilings and faux wood beams and coordinated lighting to highlight design features.  Chris provided construction administration services for the project, including HUD inspections.
