Donnelly Architecture, Incorporated was selected to design the leasing office and lobby renovation and to design the conversion of existing
commercial tenant spaces into residential rental units. The existing building is on the national historic register and was renovated several years ago to convert an existing warehouse building into residential units just outside of downtown Cleveland on the shore of Lake Erie. The latest renovation will upgrade the leasing office to tailor it to the needs of the new owners. It will also create eight additional residential units in existing vacant commercial tenant spaces.
