Seaport Channelside

Chris Donnelly was the designer for the Seaport Channelside mixed use development in Tampa’s Channel District while employed at Forum Architecture and Interior Design in Altamonte Springs, Florida.  The project was an urban infill development on a brownfield site at the north end of the Channel District near Ybor City, the cruise ship terminals, the St Pete Times Sports Forum, and downtown Tampa.  The design of the building creates a series of landscaped courtyards as private parks for the urban dwellers living at Seaport Channelside.  The apartments are located within walking distance of one of Tampa’s TECO Line Streetcar System trolley stations.  The project was completed after Chris left Forum Architecture and Interior Design.
